We use your name, phone number, email address, inquiry topic and message to receive and respond to your inquiry. Health information is processed for the inquiry only with your separate consent. Do not include resident registration numbers or other information unnecessary for your inquiry. External booking services apply their own privacy policies.
Automatically collected information
IP address, browser and device information, visit time, pages visited and referral source may be collected to operate the website reliably and understand its use.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand website use and improve the service. Cookies and similar technologies may collect visit and usage information. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Service providers and sharing
Personal information is not provided to third parties unless permitted by law or with your consent. We use Vercel for website hosting, Resend to deliver inquiry emails and Google Analytics for visitor statistics. Inquiries are delivered by email; the private inquiry inbox is restricted to signed-in administrators. Names, contact details and inquiry messages are not sent to Google Analytics.
Retention
Automatically collected information is kept for the period needed for its purpose and then deleted according to applicable law and service policies. Information collected by external booking services follows those services’ retention policies.
