The upper arch was restored with a digital suction denture and the lower arch with All-on-X. Different methods were combined to suit the conditions of each arch.

Treatment was considered after reviewing general health and the available bone, rather than using age alone to decide what was possible.
Complex case · limited grafting
Implant positions and angles were planned around the available bone to reduce the need for extensive grafting while restoring both arches.

The plan considered the full bite, prosthesis design, and long-term maintenance—not simply the number of implants.
